refund request deadlines

southern hemisphere ski season (july to september): for ads contracted from march to july, customers have up to 30 days after the season starts to request a refund.
northern hemisphere ski season (december to march): for ads contracted from september to december, customers have up to 30 days after the season starts to request a refund.

exceptions
